- **Full support from the very beginning ensuring you are fully trained, competent, and confident to deliver outstanding care**_
- **Shifts are as follows**:_
- **7am to 2pm or 4pm to 10pm **_
- **Monday to Friday and also **_
- **Alternate weekends or 1 weekend day a week**_
- **£12.50 Weekdays and £13.00 Weekends **_
- **Mileage is paid at 40p per mile**_
- **Enhanced rates of pay for bank holidays**_
- **28 days annual leave (inclusive of public holidays pro rata)**_
- **Employer pension, great discounts via Blue Light Card**_
- **We offer excellent training & ongoing professional development for all team members including the opportunity for fully funded qualifications in Health & Social Care from Level 2 to Level 5 management.**_

- **Responsibilities will include but not be limited to**:_
- **Travelling to client homes to provide the highest level of support to individuals who are adjusting to life back at home**_
- **Performing light housekeeping tasks**_
- **Observing, monitoring and record keeping**_
- **Build relationships with service users and understand what will really make a difference to their daily lives**_
- **Promoting self-care and skills in a safe setting**_
- **Encouraging and supporting clients with daily tasks**_
- **Be able to provide support, guidance and encouragement during client recovery period**_
