**About the team**:
Our team is part of the Global eCommerce Strategy team. The eCommerce business unit is the growth engine for TikTok and a works on high priority projects. Our team is based in London and is a part of the core business team for eCommerce. We are a cross-functional team, where you can learn, explore and work with different business units including Creators, Merchants, and Agencies. The team has high visibility and owns the end-to end strategy for incentives, including new & existing users and campaigns (such as Black Friday). We value transparency, trust and efficiency.

**Responsibilities**:

- Resource Strategy: Working in developing the strategy behind incentive policies and the allocation of TikTok eCommerce resources, leveraging insights from analysis to grow our platform
- Global Coverage: Working with local teams and aiding in strategies for different markets (such as the United States)
- Insight Development: Rigorous research and analysis (both internal and external) to uncover insights and provide recommendations to the leadership team
- End-to-end Ownership: Working alongside business teams to implement and monitor our strategy, proposing future strategy directions and improvements
- Senior Stakeholder Management: Effective communication with key leaders; clear, concise, and structured proposals

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years work experience in a top strategy consulting firm or related fields (e.g. Investment Banking, Corporate Strategy etc.)
- Strong modelling and numerical reasoning skills
- Exceptional communication and ability to manage senior stakeholders as well as cross-functional teams
- Self starter with proven experience of owning large projects autonomously and driving results
- Willingness and desire to learn new things and dig beyond the surface
- Experience in e-commerce or similar industry is preferred but not essential
