**Job Description**:
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our Market Drayton site as Transport Operations Support Administrator. The site is part of our chilled fmcg network providing logistics services for some of our biggest customers in the UK.

Shift: Days, 06:30 - 18:30 (Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday) (Week 2 - Wednesday & Thursday)

**Salary**: £25,000 per annum

Key Duties of a Transport Operations Support Administrator:

- Correctly debriefing drivers
- Checking all timesheets for correct completion and ensuring all PODs are returned completed correctly
- Scanning and storing PODs using Culina’s document management system
- Printing all despatch notes and replenishing despatch paper as required
- Answering the telephone and assisting with any enquiries
- Downloading drivers’ cards / tachographs
- Ensuring all estimated time of arrivals (ETAs) are communicated to Customer Services
- Departing loads using Transport Management System (TMS)
- Ensuring all uplifts are despatched in correct loads

- Conscientious and reliable
- Positive and adaptable attitude
- Excellent communication skills in order to deliver accurate information
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
- Effectively prioritise work load in order to meet set deadlines
- Good standard of computer literacy, particularly MS Office e.g. PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Able to work as part of a team or individually
- Able to work effectively and communicate to the correct level
