**Junior Project Manager Account Migration**

Our client has embarked on an exciting journey, transforming how and where we interact with our consumers. We are looking for a junior project manager to support us as we roll out our new accounts.

**Background**

In that regard, we are focusing on redesigning our organisation, media buying, and contentcreation operation with the level of fluidity that the future demands, as we also face into the headwinds that future presents.

**Responsibilities**

We are looking for a junior project manager to support our account migration team. As a Junior Project Manager, you will be supporting the Project Manager on several tasks.
- Work closely with the senior project manager to ensure successful delivery.
- Manage the project on a day-to-day basis.
- Manage diaries, arrange meetings and minute-taking.
- Play a key role in project governance and working with stakeholders, to ensure the agreed project outputs are delivered to enable benefits to be realised.
- Manage the migration of accounts from agencies to the business, including governance on access rights, data collection and paid media integrations.
- Be the point of contact for global and local marketing teams with regards to the migration of social media accounts.
- Track migrated social media pages and contribute to an extensive audit.
- Support the wider internal organisation and external agencies.
- A working knowledge of requirements management, planning, scheduling, resource management, risk & issue management, quality management, governance, stakeholder engagement, assurance and change control.
- Maintain a complete knowledge of project statuses including deadlines and deliverables.

**QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES**
- 2 years + Junior project manager or Project Support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge in social media/ digital marketing essential.
- Demonstrable ability of successfully managing complex projects.
- Excellent Stakeholder Engagement.
- Enjoys building and maintaining relationships.
- Works well under pressure and a comfortable multitasker.
- Strong self-discipline and organisational skills.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Process driven and attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritise workloads.
