Delta Care Ltd is offering work **Support Worker for Children and Young Adults**, on a permanent or temporary basis across all surrounding areas of Blackpool with many full-time and part-time positions available to you in a domicilary care setup.

** Evenings and Weekend work available **

** Part-time & Full-time Hours to suit your availability **

Provide direct support and care to individuals with disabilities or special needs
- Assist individuals with daily activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration
- Support individuals in developing and maintaining independent living skills
- Plan and participate in recreational activities and outings
- Document and maintain accurate records of individual progress and any incidents that occur

**Job Specification**:

- Level 2 or 3 in youth work practice is preferred.
- Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is essential
- Knowledge of person-centered approaches and ability to implement individualized support plans
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with other support workers and professionals
- Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and schedules

**Rates of Pay**:
Monday to Friday - **£11.20**_(30p Performance Bonus Included)_
Saturday to Sunday
- **£11.40**_(30p Performance Bonus Included)_
- **Mileage pay - 30p (per mile)**_
