Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding role in care? Creative Support is seeking a Relief Support Worker to join our team in Blackpool, Lancashire. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and epilepsy.

This is a varied role that requires a proactive and reliable individual who can work independently as well as part of a team. You will be responsible for supporting service users to engage in social activities, develop warm relationships with them and their families, and enable them to enjoy their time at the service.

We offer full-time and part-time hours, including sleep ins, shift patterns cover early, mid, and late shifts. Full training is provided, and you will have the opportunity to work towards a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care. Benefits include a probationary bonus, pension contributions, 28 days Annual Leave, and company-paid enhanced DBS.
