**Leicester**

An opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join the team at Galliford Try.

You will work within our Telecoms Business, who are a leading multi-disciplined organisation capable of carrying out all aspects of the infrastructure build for the mobile and fixed line telecommunications industry. **What you will be doing**:

- Administrative support for projects within the telecommunications business unit.
- Downloading and uploading of project documentation onto Galliford Try and client systems.
- Document review to ensure all relevant information is available.
- Arranging access to telecoms sites for site supervisors and surveyors.
- Accurate record keeping on project tracking databases.
- Production of handover documentation in project specific formats.
- Production and circulation of progress reports.
- Coordinating any necessary project specific training.
- This is not an exhaustive list of duties.

**About You**:

- A highly organised approach to work with the ability to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.
- Good attention to detail
- Proven experience with electronic filing systems and document control systems
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work without direction.
