The applicant will deputise for the Head Housekeeper/waiter on his/her days off and fulfil Head Housekeepers/waiter job role, otherwise will undertake the role of a general housekeeper/waiter and assist the Head Housekeeper/waiter in the running of the Housekeeping Department.
- Manage and oversee the day to day operations efficiently and safely
- Train team members and assess their performance
- The ability to plan and organise the workload ensuring tasks are delegated fairly.
- Undertake full responsibility for the ordering, control and correct storage of stock.
- Be prepared to work hands on and undertake the core competencies for the housekeepers role
- The ability to work under pressure, make decisions and problem solve
- Smart in appearance, completely reliable

Pay: From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
