Office Assistant/pa

We are currently recruiting for an Office Assistant/PA to be based in our Jersey, St Helier office reporting into the Global Head of HR. This role will offer a competitive salary plus benefits package to include private medical, pension, 25 days annual leave plus more. To work 4 days office based and the opportunity to work one day from home each week.
To provide admin support to the Directors of TrustQuay and to support the smooth running of the Jersey office and well as other admin and systems support where appropriate.
Primary Responsibilities:
- **P**A duties to support the Directors - Group CEO, MD and FD
- Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments with internal and external parties
- Screening telephone calls, inquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
- Travel arrangements for the Directors
- Other admin support for the Directors
- **Office Assistant**:
- Answer incoming calls and direct them on or take accurate messages
- Dealing with couriers and post
High standard of maintenance of meeting rooms and reception area
- Order stationery, office equipment and furniture and maintain relevant office supplies
- Meet and greet all visitors to the office
- **Travel Admin** - monitor the travel inbox and liaise with our external travel partner to book travel and accommodation for people across the business in line with travel policy
- Book travel directly where required.
- Any other duties as may reasonably be required.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Numeracy and reporting skills essential
