The role will include facilitating the delivery of commercial and non-commercial research trials, experience in any areas of expertise is welcome. A patient centred approach to research delivery where well-being, training and development of our staff are a priority. Developing skills and contributing to improving and changing the future care of patients

We are seeking a confident and experienced registered healthcare professional, with experience in oncology or haematology. Must have experience of working in a diverse team, acting as an ambassador for promoting best practice, as well as liaising with all healthcare professionals to provide the best possible specialist care for their patients within the division, and wider specialities when needed.

The role requires the individual to have excellent communication skills at all levels; are confident working in partnership with colleagues internal
and external to the trust and autonomously. Developing relationships and working as part of a team within the research environment to deliver the
research portfolio. You need to have a positive and enthusiastic attitude to help develop an effective research culture within UHNM.

The role consists of screening clinics for eligible participants, recruitment, consent, assessment, data collection, clinical follow-ups, preparation,
storage of samples and other clinical duties as required.
You will be responsible for ensuring that clinical trials are run in accordance with ICH-GCP and other regulatory standards.

The post is full time or part time with flexibility
