The primary focus of this role is to support Build to Rent sites with the let up of developments from handover of the site through to full occupancy. Customer Advisors play a vital role within our leasing process, acting as the first point of contact with our customers. The role includes registering customers and managing inbound and outbound calls. You will be based at one of our amazing sites in Brighton****

**What will you do?**
- To be on hand to receive enquiries from customers about our communities and tenancy opportunities
- Respond to enquiries and ensure they are logged accurately onto the system
- Qualify all incoming leads to ensure prospective tenants are eligible to rent
- Book apartment viewings for Lettings Negotiators
- Contact existing customers in our database including our wait lists in order to book viewing
- Liaise with Lettings Negotiators and onsite teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
- Keep up to date with any development changes
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Undertake regular audits of the system
- To provide exceptional service to all potential residents, including providing informed and accurate advice in order to ensure that resident retention rates remain high.
- To ensure all GDPR processes are followed at all times

**What are we looking for?**
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong customer service experience and dealing with difficult situations in a fast paced environment.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent telephone manner & customer service skills
- Sales or Lettings Experience
- Administrative Experience
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Having a keen interest in learning the property industry
- Knowledge of relevant Lettings and Estate Agency Acts, or happy to learn/work towards
