- Key responsibilities for this office coordinator will be;- Supporting new customers with advise, assistance and support
- Maintaining relationships with existing customers
- Communication regards to logistics and returns
- Regular communication with engineers to update customers on pending orders
- Raising PO's
- Delivering excellent customer service on every call received
- Advising on a wide range of solutions to find the best action for each client
- General administration and information sharing within the teams

**The Successful Applicant**:

- *Excellent customer service skills *Confident telephone manor- Empathetic and understanding personality is essential
- Confident, helpful and personable character
- Have a natural ability to build relationships over the phone
- Have a great ability to pick up systems and software's
- Confident working on various Microsoft platforms
