Travel Agent

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Travel Agent to join our clients team. As a Travel Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements. This includes providing exceptional customer service, offering travel advice, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience for our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Consult with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
- Recommend destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
- Assist clients in booking flights, hotels, rental cars, etc.
- Stay updated on travel trends and advisories.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the travel process.
- Negotiate with travel suppliers and process payments.
- Promote and sell travel insurance and packages.
- Maintain accurate client records and adhere to industry regulations.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a Travel Agency necessary.
- Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in travel booking systems and software.
- Knowledge of travel destinations and regulations.
- Certification in travel and tourism is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: £21,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
