We are currently recruiting for an internal **Recruitment Sales Adviser** to join our sales team, based in Huddersfield.

This is a hybrid role, meaning you'll have the flexibility of both home and office working at our headquarters in Huddersfield. The salary on offer is up to £21,000 plus a wide range of competitive and flexible benefits.

**In this role you'll**:

- Determine and utilise appropriate sales strategies and tactics to ensure that activity levels are maintained (in terms of calls etc) and revenue targets are met
- Utilise our CRM database (D365) and other internal and industry lists to identify prospects by making effective outbound sales calls, holding good conversations, handling objections and updating our CRM to ensure it is up to date
- Complete all sales administration activities, including:

- Setting up and updating customer records in CRM
- Diarising and logging all customer-related activity
- Updating and maintaining your own activity and conversion success records
- Work towards both individual and team targets and incentives
- Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the Intermediary sector of the UK financial services industry and of the opportunities, challenges and needs of Advisers
- Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the Group proposition and how we can deliver high levels of value to Advisers. Understand the competitive landscape in which SimplyBiz operates

**What you need to succeed**:
**Knowledge**
- Thorough understanding of the sales process and sales techniques
- An interest in, and willingness to learn about, the financial services industry, financial products and the financial advice process

**Experience**
- Working in a telesales role, ideally selling to businesses
- Proven track record of meeting / exceeding sales targets
- Working with activity based KPI’s (e.g. weekly call volumes)

**Skills**
- Good interpersonal skills, including a collaborative approach to team working and relationship building with clients and colleagues
- Excellent listening, questioning and objection handling skills, with a consultative sale approach.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including an excellent telephone manner, active listening skills
- Ability to organise and prioritise prospect lists
- Good level of numeracy and financial market awareness
- Capable of developing in-depth understanding of an industry or sector (demonstrated through previous experience)
- Excellent work ethic and team player
