HR Advisor

Job Title: HR Advisor

**Salary**: 35k - 45k per annum depending on experience

Location: Potters bar (Must also be able to commute to Barking 2 times a week)

Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Contract: Temp - Perm or Permanent

**Profile**:
Skills Required:

- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent experience of Employee Regulations (ER)
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
- Excellent attention to detail
- CIPD Qualification is beneficial.
- Self-motivated and uses own initiative.
- Ability to manage own time effectively
- Problem solving skills
- Knowledge and experience with employment law
- Must be willing and able to travel Barking up to two times a week

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining the HR records and accurate HR records
- Overseeing full recruitment and on boarding experiences
- Overseeing disciplinary procedures
- Provide professional support and advise to Line Managers / complaints and employee relations issues
- Overseeing probation reviews
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with Line Managers with a good understanding of their work
