Providing valuable services within the International Import Department to organise and complete Import entries via Ocean Freight using Logistics systems.

**Client Details**

My Client is an international provider of logistics and freight services providing logistics solutions and specialising within the European region. With a major presence across all major trade routes and known for being cost effective and reliable qualityservice they are currently providing opportunities within their team in Witham for the Ocean Department.

**Description**

The Import Customs Administrator who will be reporting into the Ocean Freight Manager will have the following tasks:

- Completing Import documentation full end to end process
- Providing high level of customer service at all times
- Liaising with customers, overseas agents and shipping lines
- Arranging import entries using Destin8 and CDS.
- Keeping customers advised and updated at all stages of the import process.
- Any duties/tasks as requested by your line manager.

**Profile**

The ideal Import Customs Administrator will have the following skills and attributes:

- Knowledge of Ocean Import Entries
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work to deadlines with accuracy
- Computer literate
- Commute to Witham
