**Online Experience Advisor - Full Time Permanent - working 40 hours a week (including Saturdays on a 1 in 4 rota basis)**

In this exciting role you are usually the first person our customer comes into contact whilst starting their online journey in purchasing their new vehicle. You will be fully trained how to use our online platform and will guide the customer through to checkout, ensuring they are confident in their purchase and advising on aspects of their new vehicle when required. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to build rapport with others quickly, show great attention to detail and a real passion for meeting customers’ needs and expectations. Interest in cars is certainly an advantage in this role.

If you’ve had previous sales or online customer service experience, this could be the role for you.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Responding to inbound customer calls & messages relating to vehicles and potential orders
- Establishing rapport and trust with the customer to support potential buying decisions
- Updating the CRM with customer contact information for future marketing activities
- Advising customers regarding vehicle options, specifications, finance options, vehicle trade ins and vehicle prices
- Helping customers to create online accounts and walking them through the website as needed
- Liaising with the Store team regarding any queries and questions
- Checking vehicle stock for vehicle availability
- Responding to vehicle orders placed online via the Rockar platform or in Store

**About you.**

You'll consider yourself to be a confident and outgoing experienced sales or customer service advisor with a background in dealing with customers directly and processing information in a timely and accurate manner.
- Minimum of 2 years previous customer sales/service experience
- Experience of working in an online sales environment is a definite advantage
- Knowledge of the Automotive Industry (in any role) is also an advantage
- Be confident and outgoing
- Highly organised and structured
- Enjoy working to and meeting (sometimes challenging) deadlines
- Customer focused at all times
- Familiar with working in a targeted environment
- Logical with a high level of attention to detail
- Be comfortable explaining complicated things in an everyday way
- Great listener who is personable and willing to adapt to different styles
- Pro-active and likes to get things done
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team
- Driven and highly motivated

- Awareness of financial products and markets
- Strong negotiating and influencing skills
- Accurate data input
- Adhering to processes and systems
- Valid UK Driving License

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
