**Job Title**: French speaking Customer Service Advisor - (Mat Cover)
**Salary**: £23-28k dependent on experience
**Duration**: 12 months FTC
**Working Hours**:Mon - Thurs (8.30am - 5pm) & Fridays (8.30 - 4.45pm)
**Location** Staffordshire - this role is 100% office based
**Sector**Inhouse with a well-known manufacturing company with a franchise structure
**The role**
To provide an effective external and internal communication, relationship and administration support service to export Franchisees and all other customer groups.
**Duties**
- Handle all orders through the French order portal, and liaise with their hauliers and complete all associated documentation
- Provide order entry support to all export markets,
- Complete invoicing, credit notes, requisitions and month end procedures
- Provide franchisee and customer product feedback to relevant departments where required
- Provide assistance with French travel arrangements
Social Media -- Sustain the information on the franchisees local website pages
- Maintain regular and open communication with the franchisee network
- Manage company communication to franchisees via a weekly e-newsletter and engage with customers on a monthly basis via e-newsletter.
- Provide assistance to the translation and internal support function
**Requirements**:
- Fluent French speaker
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a B2B customer service environment
- Knowledge / experience of using social media channel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
