**The Package - What you could earn**:
- Basic salary up to £25,000 depending on experience
- Commission scheme
**Client Triage - Main Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Be at the forefront of the company’s client services department.
- Engage with customers directly to establish their needs and triage to the most appropriate area of the business - mortgage/protection/wealth advisers, marketing, CRM etc.
- Validating and filtering all new customer enquiries.
- Accurately recording client details to ensure there is a smooth hand over to the adviser.
- Build technical knowledge to provide an enhanced level of customer service and triaging to new customer enquiries.
- Assume responsibility for contacting existing clients and getting them booked in for their renewal call with their mortgage/protection/wealth adviser.
- Efficiently manage inbound calls.
- Delivering an exceptional client service to all our clients and put them at the heart of everything we do.
**The Person - Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience**:
- Previous Client engagement experience.Previous regulatory or financial service industry is desirable.
- Strong client focus and exceptional interpersonal skills to be able to build relationships.
- Professional, engaging with the ability and confident to resolve issues pro-actively.
- Service and sales competence with the ability to influence when required.
- Excellent communication skills - active listening skills are essential.
- Be able to complete work to a high standard within agreed service standards.
- Highly organised with the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to make effective decisions and take initiative.
- Self-motivated, driven and ambitious.
