**Product Analyst** Here at Signet Jewelers, we’re recruiting for a Product Analyst based at our Borehamwood Store Support Centre.Reporting into Connected Commerce Delivery Manager the role will work with our Product Owners and the wider business to support the road map forour key Connected Commerce business areas.

Hybrid working is available in this role with the opportunity to work 3 days at home.

**Accountabilities of this role include**:

- Understand the business vision and ensure the development team(s) have enough prepared tasks on the backlog to work on
- Support backlog refinement and prioritisation in collaboration with the Product Owner(s) and other key stakeholders
- Support the business in determining/gathering their requirements and/or work with other areas to define and refine said requirements to deliver the “product roadmap”
- Effective stakeholder analysis and subsequent stakeholder management
- Organise the release process to ensure timely execution and communication
- Promote collaboration working with both internal stakeholders and external 3rd party suppliers

**About You
Suitable applicants will be experienced as follows:

- Demonstrable working knowledge of and proven ability to work within both an Agile/Scrum and Waterfall environment
- Experience working with teams developing and maintaining technologies related to eCommerce
- Experience within a multi-channel retail environment
- Demonstrable experience in assisting business area with the definition of an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) and with the phasing of projects.
- Proactive approach to solving problems and obtaining answers to questions
- Influencing skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
