Drainrod Environmental Trading Services Ltd
We are a friendly family-run business with over 25 years experience in plumbing and drainage. We are looking for a great communicator, approachable and confident part-time Office Assistant to join our office based in Caterham, Surrey.
**Role & Responsibilities**:
- Manage the scheduling and day to day appointments for a team of engineers
- Exceptional administrative abilities, including proficiency with Microsoft Office programmes, particularly Microsoft Word
- Positive, friendly and professional telephone manner with a confident approach to answering calls from customers, engineers and clients
- Providing general office support and assistance to CEO
- Manage fleet and equipment maintenance including organising repairs, booking MOT and van checks, arranging equipment calibrations, etc.
The hours of work will be Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8.30am - 5pm. Please note, some additional working hours may be required during school holidays. You will be entitled to 11 days paid holiday per year plus Bank holidays.
