Administrator / Junior Accounts Assistant

Job Title: Administrator / Junior accounts assistant

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
- Maintain office files and records
- Assist in the preparation of reports
- Manage basic invoicing tasks, including preparing invoices, ensuring accuracy, and following up on payment

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Administrator / Junior Accounts assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with basic invoicing tasks, such as preparing invoices, ensuring accuracy, and following up on payment
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thriplow: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
