Our expertise is in handling complex waste types including clinical, pharmaceutical, and hazardous, as well as animal by-products, spoilt goods & goods that require secure destruction.

We are looking for a Commercial Account Administrator to join our Commercial Team at our Head Office in Royston, Herts. The role is key within the growing Novus Environmental business and we are looking for a dynamic individual to join the team. In return, you will receive a competitive remuneration package and although this role is office based there is the potential for some flexibility around working hours. Due to our remote location, it is essential that you can travel without using public transport.

**KEY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Administration of CRM System. Ensuring information is entered into the system accurately.
- Scanning and accurate filing of compliance documentation.
- Work with the Commercial Team to ensure all necessary information is provided in a timely manner to enable new customer accounts to be set up.
- Invoice reconciliation and approval, checking that billing data in CRM matches weighbridge data & driver paperwork.
- Providing resolutions to our customers regarding invoice queries.
- Assisting the Finance Team with resolving outstanding payments.
- Producing certificates of destruction.
- Customer Reporting - produce accurate, timely reports as directed, ensuring any supporting paperwork meets customer reporting schedules.
- General administration duties.

**SKILLS**:

- Competent in Office 365. Ideally Intermediate level in Excel and Word.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Accurate and precise data entry.
- CRM system, and data management systems an advantage.
- Data report compilation.
- Good communicator with excellent verbal & written skills.
- Effective time management.

**EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE**:

- Waste Management industry would be an advantage but training can be provided.
- Customer Service in the financial sector, or equivalent.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: £16,800.00 per year
