Larbert, United Kingdom NHS Scotland Full time

Increasingly the NHS is using ICT systems to improve the care given to patients. The introduction of these systems is challenging - business processes need to be evaluated and possibly redesigned; staff need to be fully involved from specification through to effective training; and the benefits from such systems need to be realised. You will work as part of a team of Programme Office staff who deliver project management, implementation support & ICT /eHealth training & coaching to staff and clinicians across NHS Forth Valley. You will provide business analysis and implementation support to projects relating to the use of ICT / eHealth. A key aspect of your role will be engaging with clinicians, suppliers and other stakeholders, supporting projects both new and existing as part of the Digital and eHealth Delivery Plan.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills who can work under pressure. You will demonstrate excellent inter-personal skills and the ability to work with a wide range of user abilities, be able to work on your own as well as contribute to the project teams and liaise with both clinical and non-clinical staff at all levels. Educated to degree level or experienced in a related field of work, you should also have demonstrable experience in the use of IM&T. An NHS background, including knowledge of clinical eHealth / IM&T systems combined with an understanding of the changes taking place in NHS would be desirable. Some project experience would be an advantage. You will be expected to work at locations across NHS Forth Valley.
