**About The Team**:

**What You Will Be Doing**:

- You will be the “Face of HelloFresh”
- Maintaining site security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the front desk
- Be the first point of contact for all external visitors and issuing them with access passes
- Ensure all visitors are booked in via our Envoy system
- Making sure all contractors are on the “approved contractors list”
- Notify stakeholders of visitor arrivals
- Receiving and sorting daily mail and deliveries
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable
- Working closely with the Facilities and Maintenance team

**Who You Are**:

- High level of customer service experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Be able to organise and manage your own workload effectively
- Adept problem solving skills

**Location**: The Granary, Unit 3, Chalker Way, Banbury, OX16 4XD

**Work Schedule**: Hybrid working - 50/50 remote working & flexible start/finish times (role dependent)

You are required to cooperate with HelloFresh in all health and safety matters. You are responsible for ensuring you take reasonable care of your own health, and safety as well as others who may be affected by the work activities you undertake. You mustreport incidents immediately and actively raise health and safety-related concerns to your Line Manager.
