**Responsibilities**
- Maintain high standards of service for the school based in the school office answering queries via telephone and in person
- Making calls on behalf of teachers and senior leadership team
- Typing, responding and managing any paperwork within the school office
- Overall responsibility of the schools operating system
- Using and managing online computer systems such as SIMS, Microsoft Office etc

**Requirements**:

- Business Admin or relevant qualification preferred but not essential
- Previous experience within a busy office environment (school experience would be advantageous)
- A high standard or literacy and numeracy
- A 'can do’ approach to work and excellent people skills
