Position: Programme Director, Clinical Trials, Medtech, Life Science
Location: Cambridge

**Salary**: £80-120K
Summary

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the successful development and implementation of clinical trials and other medical technology-related programmes
- Establish and maintain effective organisational and communication systems to ensure the successful delivery of projects
- Analyse project requirements, develop and manage project plans and timelines
- Manage project budgets and resources
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including researchers, clinical staff, regulatory bodies, industry partners and other key personnel
- Monitor and track progress of projects, and identify and address any potential risks
- Prepare reports, presentations and other relevant documentation
- Provide leadership, mentorship and support to team members
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Science, Medicine, or related field
- Significant experience in clinical trials, medical technology and/or the life science industry
- Proven track record of successful project management
- Excellent managerial and organisational skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of clinical trial design and methodology
- Knowledge of medical technology and/or the life science industry
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and requirements
- Project management experience
- Knowledge of relevant software programs
- Ability to analyse and interpret data
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
