Total Training Provision are working in partnership with Maximus People Services to develop their future workforce.

You will achieve this by meeting and exceed performance targets for individual activity and job outcomes through to sustained employment. You will ensure all compliance with legislation, contract and provider guidance meet Maximus’s Quality procedures.

**The main duties of the role are to shadow and work alongside the BM/Lead EA whilst in training as an Apprentice on the following activities**:

- To ensure contract compliance by accurate data entry, completion of contractual and internal documentation and/or provider guidance

- IT, Numeracy and literacy skills to facilitate management reporting

**Learning Outcomes**:
As part of the apprenticeship journey, you will gain a nationally recognised apprenticeship at level 3. You will gain key skills, knowledge and behaviours that will enable you to achieve your apprenticeship in Customer Service at level 3. If you don’t already have your functional skills in maths and English at Level 2 (or equivalent), you will also gain these alongside the apprenticeship Journey.
- Demonstrate a continuous improvement and future focussed approach to customer service delivery including decision making
- Provide a positive customer experience through advanced questioning, listening, and summarising negotiate mutually beneficial outcomes
- Proactively gather and analyse customer feedback, through a variety of methods. Critically analyse, and evaluate the meaning, implication and facts and act upon it
- Generate the skills and confidence to make recommendations based on your findings to enable improvement.
