**Communication** - Communicating with our home managers is vital in providing effective support. Positive working relationships, teamwork and communication play a key part in ensuring important information is relayed to other staff and other areas of the business.

**Organisation** -You will need to be confident and organised in general office duties, including but not exclusive to weekly payroll hours entry and petty cash submissions & reconciliations.

**Attentive** - No two tasks are the same, so being attentive answering telephone calls, providing guidance to home managers, as well as scheduling reviews with other professions.

**Travel** - Where necessary be able to travel to our homes to meet with our managers.
