Responsibilities:

- Assist in the daily care and supervision of children in the nursery
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and play
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities and play
- Assist with diaper changes, feeding, and naptime routines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the nursery area
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's day

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working with young children preferred
- Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children

Please note that this position may require standing, bending, lifting, and carrying children or objects up to 25 pounds.
