**Where will I be working?**

**Digby Court** Assisted Living facility offers extra care supported living for 10 adults with learning disabilities and/or physical disabilities.

This is an outstanding care facility which provides essential services to the community is staffed by an excellent team specialist care and support workers.

**What will I be doing?**

Helping people to live their **best lives**.

Providing individual support and guidance to people with learning disabilities to access community services, do their shopping, household tasks, take care of their emotional well-being, personal care, cooking and participating in leisure activities and hobbies.

**About you**

Previous experience as a Support Worker or similar role working with people with a physical and/or learning disability is preferred but not essential as training and ongoing support will be provided.
- A compassionate and caring nature with a genuine desire to help others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays

**Pay**:

- **£12.19 - £12.41 per hour (days)**:
