**Job Description**:
An enthusiastic and passionate HR Administrator required to join a leading client based in Derby.
Supporting the HR Manager, you must demonstrate drive and desire with the ability to work independently.
As a HR Administrator you will be required to support the HR Manager with the following
- Support the full Recruitment process- On-board all new recruits- Deal with Time and attendance issues- Manage resignations and exit interview- Organize and maintain personnel records- Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides- Revise company policiesRequirements and skills
- Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role-
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects-
- Ideally CIPP Qualified or working towards it.Mon - Fri (40 hrs per week)
