**Your New Role with Avicenna**:
You will ensure customer needs are met in a timely and efficient manner to enhance the success of the pharmacy by providing an excellent customer service Key responsibilities will be:

- Check that receipt of prescriptions at the Medicines counter has ben correctly performed and verify stock on acceptance of prescription.
- Dispensing prescription medications with a focus on detail and precision at all times.
- Engaging with customers confidently, offering information in a friendly and professional manner to ensure excellent service and encourage repeat visits.
- Providing relevant information to customers regarding common ailments, symptoms, and available products.
- Supporting and executing Pharmacy services and dispensing procedures following Standard Operating Procedures.
- Evaluating the legal correctness of dispensed prescriptions.
- Addressing customer inquiries regarding prescription medications and educating them about their use.

**These are some of but not restricted responsibilities required in order to carry out this position.
