Forms Plus, based in Helston, Cornwall are an established and successful Print Broker with an outstanding reputation for excellence in customer service. We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our team.
This role would suit someone who is AAT Level 3 qualified or has work experience in bookkeeping and updating financial reports. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and has excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Able to work independently and enjoy being part of a friendly team culture.
**Role/Responsibilities**
Sales & Purchase Ledger functions which include - Posting payments and invoices, chasing debtors & making payments
Bank reconciliation
Monthly payroll & HR correspondence
Journal adjustments
Assist in cashflow preparations
Quarterly VAT returns
**Required personal skills and experience**
In-depth knowledge and understanding of general booking
Accountancy work experience in the role described above
AAT Level 3 qualified preferred
Experienced in using Sage 50 and Excel
Process orientated, self-motivated with excellent attention to detail
Confident and friendly telephone manner
Ability to think outside the box and use own initiative

**Conditions**
Pro rata 21 days holiday plus bank holidays, this increases by 1 day for every 1 year worked, to a maximum of 5 extra days.
Forms Plus are strong advocates of Healthy Living - free fruit is supplied, we have daily stretch walks, standing meetings, team walks, mental health first aiders on site

Basic salary: £23,500 per annum / pro rata
