**The Role**

We are recruiting for an **Amenity Team Leader **to be part of our fast-growing well equipped Amenity service. This is a mobile role working in multiple locations, with a company vehicle provided. The role covering the UK, supervises teams working on an existing and growing client base.

**Skills and Experience Required**

Team leader experience is essential, from a similar role or garden maintenance and/or grounds maintenance role.

An understanding of H&S requirements and ability to digest RAMS and feedback accordingly.

Experience of driving a quad or operating ride-on machinery.

Willing to work away from home on a regular basis.

Experienced with herbicide/chemical treatment.

Ideally hold NPTC card, category PA1 & PA2 herbicide spraying certificates.

Other NPTC / Lantra qualifications would also be preferable.

Experience in supporting others to problem solve.

Adaptable and flexible approach to work and a drive to provide a quality output.

An excellent focus on customer service.

Good app-based IT skills.

A full driving licence.

**General Information**

Working Mon-Fri and Mon-Sat on rotation.

This role needs a great deal of focus on ensuring the team delivers our customers the best solution on all our contracts.

Supervising the Amenity Technicians and co-ordinate the activities of sub-contracts to achieve Amenity Weed Spraying goals.

Ensuring the teams following established Standard Operating Procedures and RAMS, complete van and H&S audits, and equipment calibrations.

Recording work carried out, and logging map distances covered, using web-based apps on a mobile phone, and ensuring the whole team submit accurate daily work records.

You will be travelling and working in different counties throughout the UK, staying away Mon-Fri on a regular basis. Working on amenity contacts won in multiple locations.

Working Mon-Fri and Mon-Sat on rotation with the flexibility to meet the customer’s programme.

You will be provided with a works van and quad, fuel card, a mobile phone and all necessary equipment.

IT equipment is supplied to enable you to communicate with your teams to assist in problem solving and ensuring effective operations on the ground and in other locations.

This role is responsible for ensuring the daily and weekly minimum map distance of herbicide coverage are achieved.

This role is working March to November, with paid time off from December to February.

Occasionally working with other department as the work demands.

**Salary and Benefits**

£30k-£35K Dependent on Experience and Qualifications.

Seasonal work activity, with year round pay.
