**About the Role**

Our Senior Care Assistants are the heart of our homes. By helping us deliver the highest quality care, you'll enhance every day for our residents. And like us, you'll always want to do the best you can and constantly look for ways to improve.

You will:

- Inspire and motivate your care team and other staff in all aspects of the day-to-day home activities
- Lead by example, setting the pace and the standard
- Praise and recognise good performance
- Promote the company ethos of quality care delivery and strive towards recognition from awarding bodies and outside agencies

**About You**

You're an inspiring and motivating leader who strives to set and maintain high standards. You are qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, or you are currently working towards the qualification. You work on your own initiative to manage problems and have the confidence to challenge and raise issues.
You're meticulous when it comes to updating paperwork - in terms of resident records. Naturally, you're a caring person, and the kind who notices the little things that make a big difference to other people.

**Mayfield View **is a beautiful care home in a fantastic location, within the heart of the local community. We offer residential and dementia care, as well as respite breaks.
Our dining rooms and restaurants serve delicious and nutritionally balanced meals all prepared by our experienced chefs.
Our activities programmes will be tailored to our residents from walking clubs, to round the world themed days, technology-based fun or baking.
The skills and experience of our team members means that Mayfield View is beautiful to live in, operated professionally, and provide very high standards of care.
