The working pattern for this role will be a 4on/4off cycle of 12-hour shifts (DDNN RRRR) with the occasional day shift required for ad-hoc projects and meetings.
The Maintenance Shift Manager duties & responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Ensure a safe working environment and promote a safe culture whilst supporting the team with any safety concerns
- Responsible delivering improvement projects utilizing continuous improvement strategies
- Effective management of team including training and developing and creating a positive and engaging team environment
- To effectively manage resources in line with the maintenance schedule and support breakdown activities to ensure maximum equipment availability
- Liaise effectively with key stakeholders and escalate when required
We are keen to speak with Operational professions that possess the following skills and experiences:

- Experienced manager with excellent interpersonal skills and able to motivate and direct a team
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships across all levels
- Creative problem-solving skills and a drive to implement process improvements
- Strong understanding of quality standards and H&S regulations
- Competent with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and Microsoft Office
- IOSH qualification would be beneficial
