**Team Assistant for Boutique Company**:

- £28,000 - £37,000***As Team Assistant you will not only muck in with travel and diary management for the team, but also welcome clients into the office, assist with company events and some office management duties. Working closely with a wonderful Senior EA, the two of you will be the go-to for all office related matters.

Ideally you will have at least 2 years office experience. They are looking for someone enthusiastic, highly personable and with an upbeat attitude

This role is office based with incredible benefits and perks on offer

**Duties will include**:

- Meeting and greeting clients
- Global travel arrangements for the team
- Managing expenses (around 2 weeks every month will be taken up by this so must enjoy it)
- Liaising with the accountant
- Doing the weekly Ocado order
- Setting up meeting rooms
- Ad hoc errands - eg: booking restaurants
- Be a graduate (not a must)
- have a sense of humour
- be a yes person
- have brilliant communication skills
- written and spoken English
- be emotionally intelligent
