We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced **New Business Account Handler - Motor** to join us at our offices located in **Chafford Hundred**. If you have a background in **Private Clients - Motor**insurance and enjoy a fast-paced environment **Aston Lark** may be the place for you.

We are looking for a bright, personable, self-motivated individual for this role. You will be working within our highly successful **Private Clients team**. With the customer at the heart of everything, going the 'extra mile' to deliver a superior customer service will be second nature to you.

This role offers the opportunity to develop your sales experience further by working within a highly supportive and specialised team, who are committed to your career development. We can support a blend of working between our Chafford Hundred office andyour own home.

**What you will be doing**:

- Assist in achieving new business targets by developing your internal and external networks to identify leads and opportunities for growth.
- Undertake market research to establish most competitive terms available.
- Ensure clients understand their policy and premiums are collected prior to the commencement of cover and/or in line with procedures.
- Develop and nurture relationships with stakeholders and customers.
- Communicate information relating to the policy to add value to each customer and deliver against sales targets.
- Attend networking events to develop own network, better understand the customer and own personal growth.

**You need to bring with you**:

- Private Clients insurance (Motor) experience is strongly preferred. This could also be an opportunity to step from Personal Lines sales into Private Clients.
- Good sales experience and broking skills.
- Excellent client servicing experience
- Demonstrable experience of delivering against sales targets
- Ability to respond to changing requirements of the business and Insurance strategies
- CII Certified would be advantageous - or willing to work towards the certification
