**Contracting Department**

The Fox Group are a family-owned business first established 90 years ago.

The company specialise in the supply and haulage of aggregates, Plant Hire, recycled materials, muck-shift, earthworks, and civil engineering projects. We also operate a number of Quarries and Landfills across the UK. We currently employ over 900 people, operate 350 wagons, and hold over 5000 items of the plant and machines across 32 nationwide sites.

Due to recent company expansion, we are looking for a Cost Clerk.

The role is required to assist the Contracting department with all aspects of cost reporting for various ongoing projects, administration and organisation of paperwork and records and general assistance within the contracting department.

**Typical duties can include**:

- Weekly cost reporting for all projects
- Assisting Commercial with formulating cost forecasts
- Administration of contractual documents
- Use of Excel and Word
- Assistance with Monthly Cost, Value & Reconciliations
- Costing analysis
- Raising Purchase orders
- Ensuring Invoices are collated and signed off by the respective people within the contracting department

Full on-the-job training will be provided.

**Requirements**:
You will need to have a driving license.
