Support Worker Outreach

Compass are looking for motivated staff members to join our team, supporting adults at risk within their homes and community. Duties include.
- Support with housing related support to prevent homelessness.
- Support with benefit claims.
- Attending local events and fundraisers
- Helping individuals to access the community including shopping/ medical appointments
- Liaison with other third sector support groups to share resources and skills
- Making positive impacts on local communities
- Working in the community to prevent the need to access primary services and the use of long term paid support
If you are looking for a new challenge and have skills that include being confident, positive and flexible in your approach this may be the role for you. Experience in support is an advantage but not essential as full induction and training will be given.

**DRIVER ESSENTIAL a**s role will cover mid / north Powys ( Llanidloes, Caerws, Newtown, Welshpool and surrounding areas **.**
£10.90 -£11.07 dependent on qualifications this wage will increase on **, **the 1st April to £12-12.17 per hour
