Resolute Recruitment are recruiting for a Maintenance Manager for a manufacturing company based in Coventry. This will be a permanent position, within an exciting manufacturing business that are experiencing a lot of growth.
Maintenance Manager
Location: Coventry

**Salary**:

- £40,000 per annum + overtime
The Job:

- For the Maintenance Manager role, you will be driving forward the Health & Safety initiatives across the sites to ensure they are improving and compliant.
- Responsibility for the company’s security, infrastructure and services.
- You will oversee the planning and execution of both preventative and reactive maintenance work across all sites for the role of Maintenance Manager.
- Prioritise and plan repairs in line with both the customer and the business needs.
- Ensure work is carried out in a safe and timely manner in line with recognised codes and practices
- Have a dynamic approach, strong problem-solving skills and able to prioritise, making sound decisions whilst under pressure
- Supervise, develop and mentor a small team of skilled and experienced maintenance personnel, encouraging best practice, sound technical ability and lean practices are in place.
- Arrange and oversee external contractors, ensuring risk assessments and method statements are available and supported.
- Arrange the timely ordering and delivery of critical spares and equipment required to ensure uptime on equipment
- Prepare and report on a small number of KPI’s with Senior Management on the performance and effectiveness of the maintenance team
Job Requirements:

- Proven experience in a similar supervisory role within an SME manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership, problem solving, planning and organisational skills is required for the Maintenance Manager role.
- Technical knowledge and experience in the maintenance of mechanical and/or electrical equipment
- Computer literate and good communication skills are essential
Shift pattern:

- Monday - Friday 8:30am - 17:00pm + Overtime
