- Experience: Relevant trade experience is preferred for this position which encompasses general maintenance activities.
- Hours of work: 12 hours per week, to be split across one or two days to be agreed.
- Overtime hours are occasionally available.
- Principle Function
- The primary function of this role is to carry out planned and reactive maintenance on one of our client sites. This role may suit someone looking for part time work that can be split over one or two days per week.
- The duties of the post will include general maintenance work including but not limited to;
- Replacement of lamps and lights.
- Replacing toilet seats.
- Rehanging of doors.
- Filling and painting of walls.
- Replacing of locks and catches.
- Grounds maintenance to include mowing a lawned area and trimming of bushes and trees.
- From time-to-time other duties will be required.
- To complete all duties using the recognised processes on site and within the health and safety regulations on site. You will be required to complete documentation confirming that tasks have been completed to the correct standard.

- Payment:

- This is an hourly paid role requiring the use of a clocking machine.
- £13.50 per hour.
