Physiotherapy Administrator

Part-time Physiotherapy Administrator / Receptionist Role based in the physiotherapy department at the PRH.
To be the, welcoming, first line of contact for patients and other MDT colleagues who contact our department either face to face or over the telephone
To assist the community and balance & bone physiotherapy teams in the day to day running of the department including managing diaries and waiting lists
To provide support to the team with administration, clerical and housekeeping duties
Collating community new referrals and organising waiting list (paper and electronic)
Welcome and check in balance & bone patients
Organise the community physiotherapists and technical Instructors diaries (paper and electronic)
To support the team with administration, clerical and housekeeping duties such as scanning, photocopying and filing
Communicating with patients, colleagues and the wider MDT
Ordering equipment / supplies for the department
To support the team with data collection / analysis and audit
