The vacancy
This is a new role and a fantastic opportunity for someone who has experience of delivering excellent customer support policies, processes and culture and who enjoys working within a fast-paced environment.
You will be working as part of the DofE Customer Support Team, working closely with others in the Quality and Compliance Directorate as well as colleagues throughout the charity to develop a new approach to customer support across the UK.
Using DofE sources of information be able to answer questions accurately and in a timely manner following established Customer Support Team processes to solve issues.
Identifying complex, difficult and specialist queries, and escalating these in line with the Customer Support Team processes.
