**We are currently looking for Customer Service Assistants to join our existing team at our **BRAND NEW** store: Brynllwyd Services, Bangor.**

**The applicant has to be over the age of 18 due to sale of age related products and will be expected to work late evenings.**

**Currently we are looking for 2-3 part time / full time assistants,**
**ranging from 20 - 30 hours weekly, with potential for more hours covering holidays etc.**

**We are looking for someone who is**:

- **Flexible** and available to work various shift patterns during the week **and weekends. Shift patterns 05:45-14:30, 08:00 - 14:30, 14:00-22:30 14:00 - 20:00 and various others.**
- Able to use their own initiative.
- Confident in dealing with customers with excellent customer service skills.
- Competent, Reliable and Punctual.
- Polite, Friendly with a bubbly personality.
- Good at communicating and working within a team.
- Self motivated and takes pride in their work.**:

- Willing to pick up extra shifts to cover sickness/holidays.**_

Lewis Forecourts LTD pride ourselves on our customer service, and do our best to make every customers visit pleasant and efficient.
As a cashier **YOU** are the face of the garage and can be very influential in how a customers visit goes.

**As a Cashier you are expected to**:

- Provide great customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Keep the store and Forecourt clean and presentable.
- Replenish stock and date rotate, working 3 weekly deliveries.
- Look clean and professional at all times.
- Communicate with customers and other members of staff.
- Balancing the till at the end of the day and maintaining an accurate cash drawer
- Verifying the age of a customer for purchasing certain products such as alcohol and tobacco.
- Performing basic maths functions to collect payments and give change.

**- Experience preferred but not essential**
- Must be flexible with hours

This role is for work at our BrynLlwyd Bangor site, training will be held at our Pentraeth and Llangefni stores. Applicants MUST be able to commute between stores during the training period.

** RATES OF PAY DEPENDANT ON AGE**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £13.30 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
