PJob Title: Procurement Administrator
Location: Harefield
Hours: 8.30am to 5.00pm

We have an opportunity for an Administrator to join our Procurement Team, based at our Head Office in Harefield.
**Activities are varied and include....**
- Issuing and execution of subcontract orders
- Producing valuations and certificates for subcontract payments
- Administration of the pre-qualification of subcontractors (and suppliers)
- The maintenance of subcontractors (and suppliers pre-qualification)
- Inputting (and sending out) material orders
- Maintenance of pricing files

Previous administration experience and computer literacy is essential, along with great attention to detail, an enjoyment of working in a busy and fast-paced environment and a customer-focused outlook.
