The Company specialise in the groundworks construction and quarrying sectors, across the UK and Ireland. We are seeking someone keen to support our works at the HS2 SCS site in Uxbridge.

Working as part of a small team you will liaise with colleagues on site, contractors, plant hire companies and with suppliers to ensure that all site related administration is fully supported and maintained . Previous experience preferred but comprehensive training given to the right candidate.


Key Responsibilities

  • Managing & booking site inductions for all site personnel and operatives.
  • Management of the SCS Biosite induction system.
  • Management & booking of site deliveries, through the data scope system.
  • Compile and review all plant & labour timesheets on a weekly basis.
  • Communication & detailing to and with the supply chain to ensure that site rules are met when bringing in/removing plant & materials.
  • File and store all plant & labour timesheets to enable processing by accounts support.
  • File and store all material proof of delivery notes to enable processing by accounts support.
  • Continually monitoring site hours and record data as required by management team.
  • Compile and review all daily allocations on a daily/weekly basis.
  • Review allocations and liaise with site supervisors to ensure accuracy.
  • Keeping up to date records for works undertaken, including the monitoring and recording of supply chain performance.
  • Continually improving performance on site records.
  • Undertake the procurement of site consumables.
  • Compilation of plant records to support operations in ensuring compliant plant on site.
  • Lead in the office to embody the commercial accuracy ethos of the business, encouraging that it is embraced by the site supervisors.


Experience/Skills Required

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good computer literacy in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working in similar site based administrative role
  • Team work
  • Can do attitude
  • Willingness to learn and develop professionally
