**Who are we looking for?**

We're looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Team Leader for our busy daycare facility. You'll oversee a team of caregivers, ensuring that all dogs receive top-notch care and attention. You'll manage the daycare day-to-day operations, including groupings, leading the team in daycare, along with ensuring our routines & processes are followed and a safe environment being maintained for the dogs in our care.

The primary responsibilities of the role include:

- Work closely with the Manager to ensure the smooth running of the service
- Ensure all team members receive proper training and support by leading by example and ensuring expectations are clear
- Manage staff levels to run the daycare within budget
- Encourage team members to be accountable and reliable and to shine in their roles
- Establish a safe, calm, and enriching environment for our dogs
