Prepare letters, policies and notes of meetings to communicate a variety of issues including those of a sensitive and complex nature, e.g. redeployment, sickness, personal staff matters. Provide administrative support to ensure timely information is available to managers across a range of HR matters, e.g. sickness absence, job evaluation and employee casework as required.

Provide full administrative support for the job evaluation process, ensuring accurate records are maintained of roles requiring review, their allocation to progress this, the arranging of job panels as required and communication of outcomes. Participate in job evaluation as a panel member. Prepare reports and access confidential personnel and payroll data systems in accordance with departmental and Trust Policies. Provide general administrative support by way of note taking, dealing with incoming post, provision of employment references and other ad hoc administration support to the HR team.
